So let’s start by saying how awesome Tucker is! I call 3 companies that my wife finds and get no answer. I look up HVAC on google and Stevenson Heating & Cooling pops up with excellent ratings. I call and Tucker answers the phone ready to go. He doesn’t tell me he can get to me in May or later this month. No, Tucker says, “I already got a job out your way. I can stop by as soon as I finish that one.” WHAT!!!! This guy shows up, it’s raining and it’s dark and he’s ready to work! Tuckers finds the issue in under 15 minutes and fixes the problem in less than 30 minutes. He helped make our house livable again, thank you Stevenson Heating and Cooling!!

Super helpful, professional, great customer service. Went above and beyond. My husband and I called in a bind right before a long awaited final inspection on the home we built and despite such short notice Tucker was at my house the next morning and stayed all day working in 95 degree weather until 8pm so we could meet our deadline. ill be my first choice on any recommendation or personal use going forward. Respectful, dedicated, and most of all honest. Came out after I got off work , accessed my issue , and where most said just buy another unit and charge a service call he said, think I can fix it and get you a little more time out of this one if you want giving you time to budget a new unit and get you some cool air tonight ! He knew this repair would take some time by telling me that and worked until 10pm! He made a successful repair and even if it fails tomorrow couldn’t be happier to now have a trustworthy technician and new friend !
